PRINCIPLE:

Alternating current flows through a coil wound, close to a component, makes an oscillating magnetic field which considers current in the component. The magnetic field proceeds the path to the lowest degree resistance, as well as due to the skin effect; the outer component periphery gets heated very rapidly than the core. As a result, the inner ring expands and mounting / dismounting is easy.

Model PIH: 2005

This precision induction heater has the highest capacity to heat the components. It also has intelligent micro controller based electronic controls & data logger, which can upload all the data month wise. Its weight is approximately 3 Tons, and capable to heat Railway Wheel Tyre within 15 to 20 minutes.

The Model PIH 2005 is supplied with automatic Roll-sliding arrangement for horizontal yoke and automatically operated rolls off from the vertical supports without damaging, rubbing or scraping the mating surfaces. This provision provides extra safety, improved productivity & ease of operation.
